Having supported and mentored many of my clients and also friends not just with their journey of physical success but also the guiding of emotions and self-care practice, I finally decided to become a certified Health Coach and Mental Health First Aider.
My style of coaching is to help you find your internal strength. Your positive as well as your negative emotions are guidance to support you in ways to strengthen you and enabling you to make those lifestyle changes you strive for. I will help you to figure out what really is important to you and how to ease away those barriers that seem to be in your way of happiness & wellbeing. We will work on your emotional, physical, social, mental and spiritual self-care routine, how to process emotions and recharge them in a positive way.
The start of any wellness journey can be overwhelming, especially when you are facing major lifestyle changes. This can be anything from changing the way you eat to adopting your sleep routine or starting a physical exercise routine or something much more drastic that may have happened to you.
Being a Mental Health First Aider I will have the resources for you for other professional help that may be more specific or clinical if I am not the right person for you. Just ask!

Me as your health & wellness coach I will empower you to improve your wellbeing through making lifestyle changes.
YOUR FIRST SESSION: This is spent by getting to know you and what you are looking to achieve. We will assess your current lifestyle and your wellness and what makes you YOU. We are entering a partnership where I am offering support to you with guidance and empowerment for you to make your own decisions on what you want your wellness, and your YOU to look like.
YOUR SAFETY: Meeting with me is a safe place, and all information you share with me is confidential. You set the speed, you are setting your own boundaries and your own goals. I am here for you to help you understand how change is necessary to achieve those goals, and help you to accept change.
YOUR MOTIVATION: You have already made the first step by contacting me. The second step is to trust that achieving wellness is journey and a lifestyle. It is a learning curve of finding and loving yourself. I am not here to change you, but to empower you to belief that you too can be and want to be well, simply by using your own strength and your own insight to achieving those goals that you set. My support and education will help you stay committed and accountable.
YOUR SUCCESS: Your success is my success. I want you to be best YOU you can be, believing in yourself. Changing habits, behaviors and lifestyle can be an immense challenge and there are many barriers to overcome. And I will be there step by step to helping you with all of that and the related emotional feelings that come with change. Whether this is illness management, nutrition or weight loss management, stress or sleep management, if you want to improve your well-being, then I want it for you too!
YOUR PROGRAM: There is no program. But there is a health plan. It is tailored to you specifically. Regular check-ins where we talk about the changes that you want to achieve and what is getting in your way of reaching your goals are key to overcoming emotional, physical, social, mental and spiritual self-care and lifestyle barriers.
